We recommend that all traders carry out their trading activity from a single device and IP address to avoid any complications.

However, we completely understand that this may not always be possible, so we simply ask that anyone travelling who would like to continue trading inform our customer services beforehand. This is simply to avoid your account being flagged if your IP address changes country.

Please also note that if a large number of accounts are all found to be trading from a single IP address this will also be flagged by our system.

Any breaches will be investigated any may result in the loss of the accounts and any associated IP addresses being banned from our platform.

These rules are in place to discourage someone trading on your behalf, and the use of 'passing' services. These practices are unfair to the majority of our traders and so this policy helps create a level playing field for all. See more prohibited strategies here.
